Terms of service.
What these cover
These terms apply to your use of this website and to quote requests made through it. They are not the contract for the work itself. Any job we take on is governed by the written quote and scope you and JRG Creations agree to before work starts.
A quote request is not a booking
Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, lock a price, or create an agreement. Nothing is booked until we have confirmed it with you directly and you have accepted a quote.
Pricing
No prices are published on this site. Every property is different, and a number given without seeing the site would be a guess. Quotes are given after we understand the scope, and hold for the period stated on the quote itself.
Photographs and design images
Images marked concept render or design visualization are proposals showing what a property could look like. They are illustrative and are not photographs of completed work. Images in the Recent Work section are photographs of work performed.
Some imagery on this site is AI-generated rather than photographed. Which images are photographs and which are not is listed in full on our AI disclosure page.
Plants are living things. Growth rates, establishment, and final appearance vary with weather, soil, irrigation, and care after installation. A render shows an intended design, not a guaranteed outcome.
Reviews and recommendations
Reviews shown on this site are real, quoted as written, and attributed to the people who wrote them. The Google rating is accurate as of the date shown beside it. For the current rating, use the link to the Google profile. Recommendations in the "Before Boca" section were posted publicly in Florida community groups about Jack Ganoe's earlier landscaping business, Lawn Stars, and are labeled as such.
Service area
JRG Creations is based in Boca Raton and serves Palm Beach and Broward counties from West Palm Beach down to Fort Lauderdale, and Coral Springs. We work at customer properties and do not operate a location open to the public. If you are just outside that list, call and ask.
Licensing and insurance
JRG Creations is licensed and insured for the services it offers. Documentation is available on request before work begins, and you are encouraged to ask for it.
Use of this site
The text, photographs, design images, and logo on this site belong to JRG Creations and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Do not use the quote form to send unsolicited advertising, or to submit anyone else's personal information without their knowledge.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, but service lists and descriptions can change. Services shown under "Coming soon" are not currently offered. If something here matters to your decision, confirm it with us before relying on it.
Limits
This website is provided as is. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself. This does not limit any obligation we owe you under an actual agreement for work performed, and nothing here removes rights you have under Florida or federal consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
